The ap can loose all of the contact pins and clears both the pins and the colors by just bumping either the select all or clear all button. That means after hours of putting all of the information pins and colors on the map, a simple bump destroys days of work. When either the select all or clear all buttons are bumped, it does not ask you if you are sure you want to delete everything....it just deletes it.

When iOS 6 came out, this app got buggy and started crashing due to the new maps. Now it is working fine - love it! It still needs some minor tweaks and features like others have mentioned, but its a great app overall. I wish you could switch between Apple and Google Maps since Apple plots some people in crazy wrong places.

If youre hoping the fee version gives you a "test drive" of a useful app, youll be disappointed. The free app shows a place where contacts and pins would be listed if there was a way to add contacts, but there are no tools. The "support" tab takes you to a web page that shows the app features, but offers no help or instruction. Unless you buy the extension pack, this app does less than google maps. It basically shows your location. If the free version doesnt demonstrate that the developers are capable of making something worthwhile, Im sure not throwing money at their extension.

Waste of money!

Downloaded app and nothing happened. When opened asked if could access location, answered yes and nothing?

This started out to be a great application that I could open and look at my contacts all 1500 of them and be able to determine where are they are and how close they were to me as I was going about my day. What I soon found out is that there is a limitation to how many times you can open this program and have the address book populate. When I went into see a customer I open my iPad and recorded some information and then later went back to use the map which naturally did not work properly and there was only about five or six contacts in there. After reading more about this program I found that Google limits the number of contact queries to 2500 per day. What was I thinking I would just as soon pay a daily or monthly subscription to be able to get the information when I need the information and not have to wait until the next day to look at where my maps are after all I am in the field now and I want to be able to work productively. This limitation of the functionality of this particular app in the failure of the app developer to let people know prior to purchase of the app is the reason I give it a one star rating. Furthermore, within the app itself there is no provision to report a bug or to be able to address issues that arise such as the report a bug features in other apps. This app might prove more functional for somebody thats only got a few dozen people in their address book but for somebody in professional sales this does not cut it. Finally, there is no way for me to repopulate all the contacts that I have in my address book and now the app is virtually useless. If I could give this a lower rating than one star I would certainly do it. I started writing this review when I first downloaded the app since then they have added Apple maps which is a nice feature because it allows unlimited queries of the addresses. There is still a downside to this app in that when you add a contact to your address book the only way to updated in the map is to uninstall the map and then reinstall it and let it access everything and you basically start over again I find this to be a huge problem certainly not worth the money. Unfortunately I could not give it less than one star so one star it is.

Opened app, asked to view my contacts, click yes and nothing loaded... None of my contacts listed.

Took a little bit to add my 500+ contacts. The UI could be a little cleaner, especially after adding the extension pack. The icons on my iPhone dont seem to have enough room at the bottom. Sometimes contact info stays visible. Small bug there. Looking forward to some improvements.

There is nothing in my Contacts & Pins list. How am I supposed to add them? The online help is no help at all.

Dont waste your time

This works well for me, best “show my contacts on a Map” that I’ve found. I like that you can easily pick a group of contacts - so when I’m visiting a new city, I create a group with all the places I want to visit in that city, and then I can look at the map and see what I’m near. And it uses the groups that already exist within Contacts.

Great app, need some updates like being able to edit pin/contact in the map without going to contacts file. Works with all my contacts file, any changes must be done to contacts prior to updating map. With the upgrade package it is easy to set up pins by group or in my case by delivery days using the different pin color. I would like to be able to use other pin styles. I would like to use the miles radius tool as a universal input number 1 to 100 miles for marketing use. I would like to select pins to generate route.

I wish I could change the color of the pins in all place marks. I would give it a five if I could have done that.

Like the idea of the app, but I need to be able to edit the address in the contact, as well as add and delete contacts much easier. How do I delete contacts from here?

This app has the potential to be an incredible tool. At first it very simply and easily synced with my contacts and put pins galore on the map, but it won’t add new entries from my contacts. If I can’t add pins for contacts created after I first loaded the app then it is useless to me. If this bug was fixed then I would change my star rating to 5 for the free version.

It gets locked up frequently and I have to close the app and reopen.

Great app but needs an update to IOS 9! Would be 5 star if the third party apps and map directions were working. It would also be really nice if you could update your contacts directly from the map or access your notes on your contacts.
